Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although quite small compared to similar hotels in Sao Paulo, were nicely decorated by local professionals, which was a nice touch. However, the noise in my room was unbearable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. The amenities like the safe, refrigerator, separate tub and shower, and bidet were appreciated.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were a bit small but well-maintained. The staff, from concierge to waiting staff in the restaurants, were all very friendly. The location, although in a business area, was convenient for my needs. The dining options were great, especially for Bonvoy Elite members.
